Project Brief
To supply and install energy efficient refrigeration equipment for a new freezer store (8900m3) and chilled store (2800m3) for the controlled temperature storage of food products (-20degC Frozen Products – +4degC chiller products)
Solution
Freezer Room: We supplied and install 4 x refrigeration systems for the freezer room. Each system consisting of 2 x Daikin Zeas LREQ15BY1 outdoor units twinned together (to give a combined systems cooling capacity of 35kw per system). These were connected to a Lu-Ve E50HC electric defrost evaporator and controller via a custom-made GB Controls control panel.
Chiller Cold Room: We supplied and install 2 x refrigeration systems for the freezer room. Each system consisting of 1 x Daikin Zeas LREQ10BY1 outdoor units twinned together (to give a combined systems cooling capacity of 20kw per system). These were connected to a Lu-Ve F35HC electric defrost evaporator and controller via a custom-made GB Controls control panel.
