The Role:
You will be responsible for the installation of domestic and commercial heating systems and general plumbing systems. The role involves working on a variety of projects and client sites, so a flexible and professional attitude is essential.
Role requirements
Role Responsibilities and Duties:
- Installation of domestic and commercial gas boilers, heating systems, plant room equipment, and associated pipework.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company and customer health and safety regulations and ensuring all works are completed to industry regulations and company standards.
- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, keeping clients informed of all works undertaken and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Completing commissioning and testing as required.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans.
- Working independently or as part of a team depending on project size.
- Liaising with clients, project managers, and other contractors on-site.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and technical communications on-site, submitting information via our CRM system for further action by coordinators and managers.
Additional Duties:
- Undertake other tasks not limited to this list that may be required by the company.
Essential Requirements:
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or 3 within the industry or equivalent.
- Current Commercial gas certificates
- Current domestic gas certificates
- Gas Safe registered (or willing to become registered).
- Experience: Proven experience in commercial gas, heating and plumbing installation.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, methodical problem-solving abilities.
- Other: Full UK driving license.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
- Paid overtime (1.5)
Location: Predominantly Fylde Coast, with occasional travel
